Your muscles work hard. Give them what they really need.

Amino acids work even when you rest – they rebuild, strengthen and allow you to come back stronger.

REGENERATION, PERFORMANCE, DEVELOPMENT

Amino acids speed up recovery after training, improve performance and can aid muscle adaptation. They help you get back to training faster, with more strength and better focus.

YOU TRAIN - THEY DELIVER

Reach for BCAA to reduce fatigue during intense workouts. Choose EAA if you want full support for muscle development. And when regeneration plays a key role, go for glutamine.

FOR THOSE WHO DON'T STAND STILL

Our offer includes a wide selection of amino acids – in powder, capsules, tablets and shots. Tailor them to your needs and take your performance to the next level.

Amino acids are used in the diets of athletes who engage in various disciplines based on muscle strength, fitness, and endurance. They contribute to muscle building and better results, which is why they are used not only by weightlifting enthusiasts. Our store offers carefully selected, high-quality amino acid products.

Properties of amino acids

Amino acids are the building blocks of proteins, which, as we all know, are among the most important components of the diet of athletes, especially those involved in strength and physique disciplines. While proteins supplied by food must first be broken down into smaller structures, amino acids are in the form of ready-made structures that go directly into muscle cells. This means that amino acid supplementation accelerates protein synthesis, which is very beneficial in terms of building muscle mass. There are 20 types of amino acids, 12 of which, known as endogenous, are produced naturally in the human body, while the remaining 8, known as exogenous, must be supplied through diet. Since the need for both types of amino acids increases significantly during periods of intense exercise, athletes supplement them. Amino acid supplements are mainly used in exercise, strength, and speed disciplines.

Benefits of using amino acids

From an athlete's perspective, the main benefit of amino acids is their favorable, i.e., positive effect on the body's nitrogen balance. Regular intake can improve protein assimilation. Amino acids, especially those with a branched chain known as BCAA, are also valued for their anti-catabolic properties. Their consumption slows down the natural processes of muscle breakdown in the body.

By taking amino acids before and after training, it is therefore possible to prevent the "loss" of mass that bodybuilders fear so much, regardless of their age. It has been found that branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) are involved in the production of important anabolic hormones such as insulin, thyroid hormone, and GH (growth hormone). Another important property is that during exercise, they inhibit the release of serotonin, which improves mood and reduces feelings of mental and physical fatigue. This is because BCAAs block the access of tryptophan to the brain, which is responsible for the production of serotonin, which is undesirable during exercise.

Because amino acids accelerate recovery after training, they are especially recommended during periods of intense training, such as intensive preparation for competitions or training at the beginning of the season. In addition to their anti-catabolic and anabolic effects, they act as an effective source of energy, allowing for more demanding training. If you want to take advantage of all these properties of amino acids, choose one of the products in our store and enjoy their effects!
