L-THEANINE provides 200 mg of this ingredient in one convenient capsule. The formula is complemented by inulin — a fibre naturally present in many plants, including chicory, artichokes and Jerusalem artichoke. Inulin belongs to the group of fructans and is one of the most commonly used sources of fibre in supplementation.
