SFD L-GLUTAMINE is an excellent source of L-glutamine, which is one of the main amino acids that make up muscle tissue. Glutamine is a chemical compound belonging to the group of endogenous amino acids. The vast majority of glutamine, up to 70%, is synthesised in the body, mainly in skeletal muscles from glutamic acid and ammonia.
Only 30% of glutamine is supplied to the body through food. Glutamine is also essential in the process of glutathione synthesis – a powerful internal antioxidant.
L-glutamine as a supplement effectively replenishes deficiencies resulting from intense strength training and leads to increased protein synthesis. The product has additionally been enriched with taurine.
Take two servings daily. One serving is 5 g (1 scoop) of the product dissolved in 300 ml of water or juice. Training days: one serving immediately before training, one serving immediately after training. Non-training days: one serving in the morning after waking up, one serving before bedtime.
Food supplement. Product intended for physically active adults over 18 years of age. Do not consume in case of allergy (hypersensitivity) to any of the ingredients.
