Take 1 capsule daily with a meal, accompanied by water.

Dietary supplement. Product intended for a healthy adult population up to 75 years of age. Do not consume in case of allergy (hypersensitivity) to any ingredient. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. The product should not be consumed by people taking anticoagulant medications containing vitamin K antagonists (e.g. warfarin and acenocoumarol). Always close the package after use.
