SFD SODIUM BUTYRATE FORTE is a food for special medical purposes in tablet form, providing a source of butyric acid, which is the primary energy substrate for the epithelium of the gastrointestinal tract. It belongs to the group of short-chain fatty acids, which are the main source of energy for colonocytes, i.e. the cells of the intestinal epithelium.

BUTYRIC ACID

Butyric acid occurs naturally in fats and vegetable oils, especially in plant oils and olive oil. It is one of many substances classified as fatty acids, which are the basic components of fats.

Take one serving of the product (2 tablets) once daily, during or after a meal, with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake (2 tablets). Use for a period of 3 months or as directed by a physician.
