SFD ASHWAGANDHA FORTE 800 is a food supplement containing ashwagandha extract in capsules, also called Indian ginseng - standardised to contain 1.5% withanolides. Due to its ashwagandha content, it is recommended especially for people exposed to stress, leading an intense and exhausting lifestyle.

Ashwagandha is a strong adaptogen, whose key ingredients are withanolides, which are steroidal lactones found in plants. They are what turn an ordinary root into a symbol of the 21st century.

In Sanskrit, “ashwagandha” means “strength of a horse”, which refers to the traditional belief that consuming this plant brings strength and endurance similar to that of a horse.

Take ½ tablet daily during a meal, with 250 ml of water. Divide the tablet into two parts according to the score lines on the tablet using a sharp knife
