CARBOHYDRATES AND AMINO ACIDS AFTER TRAINING

The formula is based on Palatinose™ [1] — a branded form of isomaltulose obtained from sugar beet — and maltodextrin. PRO+ POST WORKOUT PRO SERIES also provides a complete set of essential amino acids (EAA), including BCAA, while creatine malate and beta-alanine complete the formula.

ELECTROLYTES AND BEETROOT EXTRACT

CocoMineral® [2] is an instantised coconut water extract. The formula is completed with Himalayan salt and Sabeet® [3] — a patented, standardised form of beetroot extract (Beta vulgaris).

VITAMIN C AND CONVENIENCE IN ONE SERVING

Intense training is a challenge not only for the muscles, but also for the whole body. Vitamin C helps support the normal function of the immune system [4], helps protect cells from oxidative stress [5] and contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue [6].

Dissolve one 50 g serving (2 scoops) in 300 ml of water.

Consume after training. Do not exceed 1 serving per day.
