Take 4 capsules daily with a meal, drinking plenty of water, preferably taking each capsule separately. Do not take on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended daily portion (4 capsules).

Do not exceed the recommended daily portion. This product should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women or by children under 18 years of age. Do not consume if you are consuming other products containing green tea on the same day. Do not consume a daily amount equal to or greater than 800 mg of (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG). High vitamin C content. Do not use in people suffering from kidney stones or who are predisposed to developing kidney stones. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. The portion required to obtain the beneficial effect: 4 capsules. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Always close the packaging after use.
