SKIN ELASTICITY

In studies lasting 1–6 months, in which doses of 2.5–5 g of collagen peptides were used, an increase in skin elasticity, smoothing of wrinkles around the eyes, reduced visibility of cellulite and accelerated nail growth were observed, with a decrease in their susceptibility to damage [1,2,3,4]. All this thanks to the intensification of collagen production as a result of consuming bioactive peptides.

WRINKLE REDUCTION

Wrinkle reduction through collagen peptides was noted in a group of women aged 45–65. The effects were visible after just 4 weeks of supplementation.
